Stringent T&Cs and Performance Guidelines are briefed and undertaken by Businesses & Freelancers subscribers invited to list on HomeDecoBazaar.

  1. Payment is done entirely via Credit Cards (12 Months Interest Free Program / Renovation Loan*) and Paypal
  2. Bank Transfer can be arranged on Request

Listed Businesses & Freelancers or Couriers Partners will facilitate the site assessment and/or delivery after you have confirmed the schedule upon your booking and/or purchase completion.
Upon check-out, an estimate of 1 working day response time is required to sort through the order details and confirmation of site assessments required, installation or delivery dates schedule.

You will be a Singapore Citizen or PR with Registered Address practicing Interior Design, Interior Decoration with basic knowledge in Project Coordination without an office or joint office with person/s in the same practice, please fill in the Interior Decorator Listing Request Form.
Person-In-Charge need to fill in the Product Vendor Listing Request Form and must be a registered Business with ACRA, have an shopfront or warehouse dealing with Interior Space Products, with a team hence forming and Product Vendor (e.g. Furniture, Furnishings, Sanitary, Lightings, Decorative items).
You will be a Singapore Citizen or PR with Registered Address dealing with Interior Space Products without an office or joint office with person/s in the same practice, please fill in the Products Traders Listing Request Form (e.g. Furniture, Furnishings, Sanitary, Lightings, Decorative items).
Person-In-Charge need to fill in the Service Vendor Listing Request Form and must be a registered Business with ACRA, have an Office or Factory dealing with Interior Space supply labor, tools and materials with on-site installation, with a team hence forming and Service Vendor (e.g. 3D Renderers, AutoCAD Drafters, Electricians, Plumbing, Cleaning Service, Carpenters, Painting).
You will be a Singapore Citizen or PR with Registered Address dealing with Interior Space supply labor, tools and materials with on-site installation without an office or joint office with person/s in the same practice, please fill in the Service Freelancers Listing Request Form (e.g. Handyman, 3D Renderers, AutoCAD Drafters, Electricians, Plumbing, Cleaning Service, Painting).
Redemption Vouchers are pre-set by the Respective Subscribers in lieu to provide the best price offerings and product pairing with their online sales price to consumers.

  1. Products Sales Claim Next Working Day via Bank Transfer upon Payment Clearance from Bank in regards to Orders Delivered and Acceptance by Consumer
  2. Products + Service Claim 60% of Sales Amount on Next Working Day via Bank Transfer upon Payment Clearance from Bank with Balance 40% in regards to Orders Delivered and Acceptance by Consumer

10% Service Charge should be included in Selling Price to facilitate Finance, Logistics, Sales and Marketing Functions.

  1. Refund and Return Policy are in Place to Assure Consumer Buying Experience
  2. As per Listed by B2B Subscribers during Online Store Set-Up
  3. Moderated by HomeDecoBazaar
  4. Product & Services Delivery Reviews will be Clearly Moderated with Consumers in relevance to the B2B Subscribers
  5. HomeDecoBazaar will not undertake any Warranty / Defects / Dispute which arises out of Direct Purchases thru B2B Listings
